If your appointment is canceled by me your Deposit will be refunded. If you cancel your appointment without rescheduling, deposit will not be refunded. if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance (last minute) you will be charged 100% of your service as a cancelation fee and it will not be refunded. No exceptions. You will not be able to book another appointment until this fee has been paid. •If you are on a reoccurring schedule, please note after three consecutive cancellations. All remaining appointments will be canceled. •Children will not be permitted to accompany you to your appointment unless they are also receiving services. Appointments will have to be rescheduled if so. (Please use this time to relax and enjoy your services) • Appointments will no longer be manually booked. All appointments must be made on the booking site and will require a deposit, no exceptions. • Deposits are NON refundable if appointment is canceled by the client. Deposits ARE refundable if appointment is canceled by a service provider. • last min cancellations (less than 24 hours in advance/same day) will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service booked. If said fee is not paid you will not be able to book another appointment until it’s paid. These fees are non refundable and must be agreed to before booking. • Please be sure to book the correct services. All pricing Info is located on booking site as well as small descriptions of each service. If you have any questions be sure to reach out to your service provider. • Late fees will be added to after 10 mins, Your service will be cancelled after 20 mins and card on file will be charged a cancellation fee. please please please remember to read all booking rules this includes the cancellation policy as well as the rescheduling policy!! This is very important! Negligence of said rules and policies may result in unsatisfactory results. Refunds of cancellation fees will not be provided.
